2017年3月8日上午，習(xí)近平總書記在四川代表團參加審議時強調，要堅定不(bù)移打赢脫貧攻堅戰。他(tā)(tā)說(shuō)，看(kàn)到涼山(shān)州“懸崖村(cūn)”的村(cūn)民和孩子們常年在懸崖上爬藤條，上山(shān)下(xià)鄉(xiāng)，安全得(de)不(bù)到保證，看(kàn)了以後心情還是很(hěn)沉重，也(yě)很(hěn)揪心。前不(bù)久又看(kàn)到材料，說(shuō)當地(dì)(dì)已經建了新的鐵(tiě)梯，這樣，心裡又感覺到松了一(yī)下(xià)。
